AI+ for Quantitative Imaging
The AI+ Quantitative Imaging Shared Facility aims to advance microscopy image processing and analysis through the development and application of computer vision, AI, and deep learning techniques. This initiative is a collaborative effort between the Data Science Institute (DSI) and the Center for Living Systems (CLS) at the University of Chicago.

Tutorials and Courses
- CLS Image Analysis Seminars
We host a series of seminars dedicated to image processing and analysis for CLS labs and for the broader research community, enabling image analysis fundamentals and facilitating research projects employing ML/DL based advanced approaches. Topics include: cell segmentation, cell tracking, particle tracking, feature extraction and morphology analysis and quantitative intensity analysis. - DSI Clinic Course
